Litigation involving Professional Liability is a staple of the Firm’s practice.

We are regularly involved in various matters in courts throughout Florida involving errors and omissions claims, claims against directors and officers, and defamation claims.

We routinely represent attorneys, law firms, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents, title and closing agents, escrow agents, appraisers, investment firms, as well as various medical doctors, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and other counselors.

As part of its professional liability practice, the Firm regularly represents professionals before professional boards and bars in administrative proceedings, including formal complaints, inquiries, and investigations.

Mr. Conto is a Partner at the firm’s Boca Raton Office.
Prior to joining Lydecker, Brett spent two years at a large insurer in Jersey City, New Jersey handling employment practices liability claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters.
Mr. Johnson specializes in the representation of insurers and corporations in a broad range of complex business and tort matters, including environmental claims and professional negligence and other complex actions. Mr. Johnson also has experience litigating government municipal matters throughout the state of Florida.

Eric McAliley brings more than a decade of legal experience to his representation of professionals and the construction industry.
Robert J. Pariser was formerly an equity partner at an AMLaw100 law firm where he practiced in the areas of employment, real estate (co-op/condo) law, and professional liability defense.
Stephanie Pidermann’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation, with a primary focus on professional liability, labor and employment litigation and government liability.
Carrie E. Stricklin is a partner in the firm, who works out of the Boca Raton office. She practices general civil litigation, concentrating in the areas of insurance defense litigation, including bodily injury; attorney malpractice; negligent security; and workers’ compensation litigation.
Michael Goldman is a Partner at the firm’s New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania offices. His practice focuses in the area of employment law. Michael represents employers across a multitude of industries in litigation related to employment discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, and restrictive covenants. He also counsels clients on best practices.
Ashley Morrison is an associate with the firm’s Miami office. Prior to joining the firm Ms. Morrison worked as an Assistant State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she prosecuted thousands of felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile delinquency cases and tried over 20 jury trials.
Ilana J. Moskowitz is an associate at the firm’s Boca Raton office. Ms. Moskowitz focuses her practice on civil and complex commercial litigation, including business torts, deceptive practices, and breach of contract claims.
E. Taylor George is a Partner and trial counsel for the Tampa office, also working with the Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee offices.
Katie Gudaitis is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Gudaitis’ practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in commercial litigation, professional liability, labor and employment litigation, premises liability, and government liability
Gabriel (Gabe) Z. Reynoso is a Partner of the Los Angeles office of Lydecker law firm. He is a trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience in various forms of complex litigation and arbitrations.

Morgan Taylor Gieser is an associate in the Miami office. Ms. Gieser represents clients throughout the state in a variety of federal and state civil litigation claims with a focus on labor and employment.
Michal Slavik is an associate attorney at the Lydecker’s Miami office. Mr. Slavik’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil litigation with a primary focus on labor and employment, administrative and regulatory litigation, commercial litigation, and personal injury.

Deena Lurie is an Associate in the firm's Boca Raton office and a Miami native. Deena graduated from Nova Southeastern Shepard Broad College of Law in Davie, Florida. Prior to law school, she obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Florida International University, majoring in Political Science.

Saasha Williams is an Associate Attorney at Lydecker with extensive experience in handling all aspects of civil litigation.
Emma Erickson-Kery is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles Office. Ms. Erickson-Kery's practice involves defending clients in various areas of litigation.
Ms. Centrone is a seasoned civil litigator with experience defending clients through agency investigations as well as litigation in administrative, state, and federal courts in Florida. Her practice includes representation in diverse first- and third-party claims, including personal injury, premises liability, professional malpractice, D&O, bad faith actions, labor & employment matters, whistleblower, complex litigation, catastrophic claims, and SIU/fraud matters.
