Our Land Use and Zoning division includes a former mayor, a city attorney, and numerous government attorneys with intricate knowledge of building, zoning, planning, and land use issues. Our attorneys have ample experience before Zoning Boards, Planning Boards concerning use, special exceptions, variances, planned unit developments, impacts, and projects. Our attorneys are well-versed in handling administrative proceedings involving rezoning, land use planning, planned unit development, and impact on environment.
