Litigation involving Professional Liability is a staple of the Firm’s practice.  We are regularly involved in various matters in courts throughout Florida involving errors and omissions claims, claims against directors and officers, and defamation claims.  We routinely represent attorneys, law firms, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents, title and closing agents, escrow agents, appraisers, investment firms, as well as various medical doctors, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and other counselors.  As part of its professional liability practice, the Firm regularly represents professionals before professional boards and bars in administrative proceedings, including formal complaints, inquiries, and investigations.

Stephanie Pidermann’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation, with a primary focus on professional liability, labor and employment litigation and government liability.
Robert J. Pariser was formerly an equity partner at an AMLaw100 law firm where he practiced in the areas of employment, real estate (co-op/condo) law, and professional liability defense.
Eric McAliley brings more than a decade of legal experience to his representation of professionals and the construction industry.
Mr. Johnson has successfully litigated and tried matters throughout the state of Florida. Mr. Johnson specializes in the representation of insurers and corporations in a broad range of complex business and business tort matters.
Mr. Iacono has over 20 years of litigation experience. He began his litigation career as a prosecutor for the 20th Judicial Circuit in Lee County, Florida.
Robert joined the firm as an Associate in September of 2017 and is now Of Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Robert clerked for the Honorable Travis L. Francis, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Middlesex County.
