Young Kim is an Associate located in Lydecker’s Jersey City office. He is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey. Mr. Kim’s practice area involves all aspects of Civil Litigation in the state courts of New York and New Jersey.

Terrence Mitchell is an associate attorney in the firm’s Jersey City office. Mr. Mitchell’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation with a primary focus in the areas of labor and employment law and personal injury protection.
Ms. Robles is an Associate at Lydecker, where her focus is on Florida civil litigation.
Michael Goldman is a Partner at the firm’s New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania offices. His practice focuses in the area of employment law. Michael represents employers across a multitude of industries in litigation related to employment discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, and restrictive covenants. He also counsels clients on best practices.
Matthew Biondi is a Partner in the firm’s New Jersey office and New York office. Mr. Biondi represents clients in litigation matters throughout the Northeast.
Prior to joining Lydecker, Mr. Patten was a prosecutor for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office where he obtained extensive trial experience prosecuting criminal traffic, misdemeanor, and felony level charges.

Robert J. Pariser was formerly an equity partner at an AMLaw100 law firm where he practiced in the areas of employment, real estate (co-op/condo) law, and professional liability defense.
Prior to joining Lydecker, Brett spent two years at a large insurer in Jersey City, New Jersey handling employment practices liability claims, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation matters.
Mr. de Zayas’ experience includes debtor-creditor law, bankruptcy, insurance insolvency, construction litigation, employment litigation, and appeals.
