Lydecker Diaz has experience in bankruptcy and creditor’s rights litigation. The firm represents debtors and creditors in state, federal, and bankruptcy courts. A large part of our creditor’s rights client base consists of referrals from other attorneys. The firm handles commercial collections for various businesses and banks, realization and foreclosure on collateral, debtor and creditor representation in pre-bankruptcy workouts, creditor representation in Chapter 13 cases, debtor and creditor representation in Chapter 11 reorganizations, trials of involuntary bankruptcy petitions and adversary proceedings regarding fraudulent conveyances, preferences, turnover, dischargeability and discharge.
Taylor George is a Partner and trial counsel for the Tampa office, also working with the Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee offices.
Ms. Hoskins is a Partner in the firm’s Boca Raton office. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts.

Jordan Roth is an Associate at the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Roth concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on contractual disputes, business torts, and insolvency. Prior to joining Lydecker, Mr. Roth was an associate at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Miami.

Vivian Bauza is an Associate attorney in the firm's Miami office. Ms. Bauza regularly represents domestic and foreign clients in various industry sectors in transactions and disputes across multinational borders and insolvency proceedings.

Ms. Maken has substantial experience in handling appellate matters. Over her career, she has authored hundreds of briefs filed in the Florida Supreme Court, Florida's District Courts of Appeal, the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Mr. Norris’s primary practice involves all aspects of civil litigation. In the past, Mr. Norris has extensively litigated matters involving labor and employment law, real estate, admiralty and maritime, wrongful death, and negligence.
Mr. Harutunian was born and raised in suburban Boston, Massachusetts. He practices in the areas of bankruptcy law, commercial litigation, and labor and employment law.
Mr. de Zayas’ experience includes debtor-creditor law, bankruptcy, insurance insolvency, construction litigation, employment litigation, and appeals.
