Lydecker | Diaz’s Appellate Practice Division regularly handles appeals in the various Florida District Courts of Appeal, the Florida Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court. Our Appellate Practice group provides a full range of service in state, federal, and administrative cases. The Firm handles numerous high-stakes appeals, issues of first impression, cases with industry-wide significance, and multi-party suits.
Mr. Sanchez Parraga is a Senior Associate in the Lydecker Miami and New York offices. He counsels insurers on insurance coverage, claim adjustment, and contract interpretation on first-party property homeowners and commercial losses, bad faith litigation, fire/theft/fraud investigation, and windstorm coverage.

Max joined Lydecker’s Jersey City office in September of 2021. Before joining Lydecker, Max served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard Geiger, J.A.D., in the New Jersey Appellate Division.
Ms. Hoskins is a Partner in the firm’s Boca Raton office. She has represented clients in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Maken has substantial experience in handling appellate matters. Over her career, she has authored hundreds of briefs filed in the Florida Supreme Court, Florida's District Courts of Appeal, the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Kielan Saborit is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Saborit’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in personal injury, government liability, and civil rights litigation.
Jeremy Harris is a civil litigator with extensive trial and appellate court experience. Mr. Harris represents clients in all phases of large scale construction defect litigation cases.
Mrs. Diverio is partner at Lydeckder’s Miami office. Mrs. Diverio serves as coverage counsel for first and third party property claims, bad faith litigation, fire/theft/fraud investigation, and windstorm coverage and defense.
Mr. de Zayas’ experience includes debtor-creditor law, bankruptcy, insurance insolvency, construction litigation, employment litigation, and appeals.
