Litigation involving E & O claims is a staple of the Firm’s practice. We have handled a wide array of federal and state litigation, including class actions, involving violations of consumer protection laws, misrepresentation, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, malpractice, breaches of fiduciary duties violations of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and generalized negligence . We regularly defend attorneys, law firms, insurance brokers, accountants, actuaries, brokers, real estate professionals, title agents, closing agents, appraisers, home inspectors, escrow agents, and health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, physician’s assistants, and mental health practitioners involved in a wide array of claims. We also regularly represent these professionals with regard to administrative proceedings involving professional boards, including disciplinary matters.
Emma Erickson-Kery is an associate in the firm's Los Angeles Office. Ms. Erickson-Kery's practice involves defending clients in various areas of litigation.
Saasha Williams is an Associate Attorney at Lydecker with extensive experience in handling all aspects of civil litigation.

E. Taylor George is a Partner and trial counsel for the Tampa office, also working with the Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tallahassee offices.
Forrest Andrews is the Chair of Lydecker LLP’s Errors & Omissions Department and Co-Chair of its Commercial Department. Forrest has extensive experience defending claims against attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, property managers, directors and officers, and other types of professionals.
Michael Goldman is a Partner at the firm’s New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania offices. His practice focuses in the area of employment law. Michael represents employers across a multitude of industries in litigation related to employment discrimination claims, wage and hour claims, and restrictive covenants. He also counsels clients on best practices.
Robert J. Pariser was formerly an equity partner at an AMLaw100 law firm where he practiced in the areas of employment, real estate (co-op/condo) law, and professional liability defense.
Eric McAliley brings more than two decades of legal experience to his representation of professionals in E&O claims and of clients with respect to high exposure personal injury and CGL claims.
