The Miami Downtown Development Authority (Miami DDA) has added Lydecker Senior Partner Richard Lydecker as member to its Board of Directors. Lydecker was selected by a Nominating Committee comprised of Miami DDA board members who reviewed submissions from several candidates. The nomination was approved by the full Board of Directors, as well as the City of Miami Commission.
Lydecker has promoted Emanuel Galimidi to partner from Senior Associate. Mr. Galimidi focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation, construction law, maritime law, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, title insurance law and workman’s compensation law.
Lydecker Senior Partner and former City of Miami Mayor Manny Diaz has been selected as one of nine new members of the Board of Trustees for the Collins Center for Public Policy.
