WASHINGTON—The National Environmental Education Foundation (NEEF) this month announced that Lydecker Senior Partner and former Miami Mayor Manny Diaz is the newest Board member, appointed to the Board by EPA Administrator Jackson.

Diaz joins a distinguished group from the fields of academia, government, business and nonprofits as members of NEEF’s Board of Trustees.

Lydecker has added seven new attorneys to their team, continuing the firm’s growth and adding to the service provided to clients. Together, partner Carla Barrow, along with Associates Peggy Fisher, Meredyth Cooper, Robin Richison, Mariano Corcilli, Jacob Even, and Stephanie Pidermann bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in a variety of practice areas.

The League of Conservation Voters has announced the addition of Lydecker Senior Partner and former Miami Mayor Manny Diaz to its Board of Directors. Diaz was first elected City of Miami Mayor in 2001 and was chosen to lead the United States Conference of Mayors as its president in 2008. In this leadership role, Diaz established combating climate change at the city level as the top priority of the conference.
