Tyler Hereth, ESQ

Tyler Hereth is a Senior Associate in Lydecker’s Doylestown, PA office and his practice focuses on personal injury, premises liability, commercial liability, and criminal defense matters. Over the past decade, Tyler has gained extensive courtroom experience across complex criminal and civil litigation.

Prior to transitioning into private practice, Tyler served as a criminal defense attorney with the Defender Association of Philadelphia where he developed his litigation and advocacy skills in demanding courtroom settings. Before law school, Tyler served as a United States Army Cavalry Officer, and served as a platoon leader with the 1st Cavalry Division in Iraq.

Tyler earned his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland. Tyler is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maine.

While in law school Tyler was a member of the inaugural cohort of mentors in the Philadelphia Court of Common Please MENTOR Program, a founding member of the Drexel University Law and National Security Society, and helped found the Veterans Court Mentor Program Pro Bono Initiative.
