Jay Patrick Reynolds, ESQ

J. Patrick Reynolds is Of Counsel in Lydecker’s Jacksonville office. Patrick is an experienced litigator and regulatory counsel with over 25 years of high-stakes advocacy in Florida. Patrick excels in complex civil and administrative litigation, regulatory compliance, appeals, and real estate matters, delivering practical, result-oriented solutions for clients. His practice areas include commercial, business and financial litigation, environmental law, government liability, errors and omissions, and professional liability.

Patrick most recently served as Assistant Deputy General Counsel at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, where he led a team of five attorneys handling permit challenges, rule challenges, enforcement actions, bid protests, state lands and construction litigation.

Patrick earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University (1996) and J.D. from Oklahoma City University (1994). He is admitted in Florida and Georgia, and all three U.S. District Courts in Florida.
