Amy Kohut, ESQ

Amy Kohut is a Senior Associate and specializes in Lydecker’s mass tort litigation practice in California. She was previously admitted to the Florida Bar and utilized the military spouse waiver to practice civil litigation defense while stationed there. Prior to her time in Florida representing medical providers and national retail / restaurant establishments, she was stationed in Belgium where she served as the Chief of the Patient Administration Division at the healthcare clinic on the largest NATO base in the world.

Ms. Kohut spent the first several years of her professional career as a senior investigator, and then a manager, of Special Investigations Units, where she audited providers and members on behalf of health insurance companies.
