Mr. Miller is Of Counsel at Lydecker’s Jacksonville and Tampa offices. Mr Miller has been practicing civil litigation for over 25 years. His practice is primarily focused on third party civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on premises liability, negligent security, wrongful death, auto negligence, commercial transportation, dram shop, construction defect.

Mr. Miller has handled high exposure negligence and wrongful death cases, including negligent security, drowning, trucking, construction and racetrack accidents. He represents his clients with professionalism, diligence, and aggressiveness in their defense. Mr. Miller has first chaired numerous successful jury trials in various Florida jurisdictions.
