Michou Phenelus

Michou Phenelus is a Senior Associate at Lydecker, where his focus is on Florida civil litigation. He maintains a varied practice in insurance defense, including general bodily injury and casualty, and Premises Liability.

Mr. Phenelus began his legal career as an Assistant Public Defender for the 9th Judicial Circuit in Orange County Florida, where he defended indigent clients in felony criminal matters. After leaving the Public’s Defender’s office Mr. Phenelus went on to insurance defense, primary focusing on Personal Injury Protection, Bodily Injury, and Auto Glass cases.

Michou has extensive litigation experience and is comfortable in front of a jury.
