Joseph A. Garcia, ESQ

Mr. Garcia is an associate attorney at the firm’s Tampa Office. While earning his Juris Doctorate, Mr. Garcia served as a law clerk for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, where he assisted several judges in civil matters. Mr. Garcia also represented indigent clients as part of his law school’s Youth Defense Clinic. Prior to joining Lydecker, Mr. Garcia practiced in the areas of PIP, auto negligence, landlord-tenant, and public records violations at a Plaintiff’s firm. Mr. Garcia now practices a range of topics in civil defense.
