Gabriel Reynoso

Gabriel (Gabe) Z. Reynoso is a Partner of the Los Angeles office of Lydecker law firm. He is a trial attorney with nearly two decades of experience in various forms of complex litigation and arbitrations. He has represented institutional and individual clients in connection with general commercial, complex litigation, and labor and employment litigation matters, including securities, California Unfair Competition Law (UCL)/Fair Advertising Law (FAL), and wage/hour class actions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and California state labor and employment laws. He has also managed and defended professional negligence actions filed in state and federal courts throughout California and in other states such as New York, Delaware and Washington, including representing attorneys, architects, engineers, real estate agents and brokers, insurance agents and brokers, and car dealerships and salespersons. He also has years of experience in insurance defense and personal injury litigation.

Mr. Reynoso has also participated in several successful international commercial arbitrations. Additionally, he has participated in mediations and other forms of dispute resolution and has repeatedly secured favorable settlements for his clients.

Mr. Reynoso has represented and advised clients in connection with administrative proceedings and government inquiries initiated by the SEC, DOJ, FBI, IRS, SROs (including FINRA) and various state regulators. He has counseled clients in connection with regulatory investigations and enforcement actions brought by the SEC, DOJ, FBI, IRS, CFTC, OCC and variety of state regulators, including coordinating internal investigations at both public and private companies in response to suspected violations of state and federal laws. He has also represented clients in connection with employment-related investigations and audits conducted by the DFEH, EEOC, DLSE, and DOL.

Prior to joining Lydecker, Mr. Reynoso practiced law for over ten years in the San Francisco Bay Area where he worked at both international and regional law firms. Most recently, and since 2014, he has been practicing in Los Angeles, during which time he was a Partner at a national insurance defense law firm.
