As a former litigation paralegal, I understand the practice of law. As a legal recruiter, I understand the business of law. I am adept at recruiting top legal talent, implementing solutions that increase firm revenue, result in longer employee retention and a happier workforce – all without losing my sense of humor.
I serve as the Director of Talent Acquisition for Lydecker LLP, a growing national law firm headquartered in Miami with multiple offices throughout Florida, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California.
