Professional Experience

Conrad C. Witte is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Witte’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in personal injury, governmental liability, and labor and employment litigation.

Mr. Witte earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2018, graduating with honors and a concentration in litigation and dispute resolution. While at the University of Miami, he served as the managing editor of the International and Comparative Law Review, as well as serving in the student bar association. Mr. Witte was also a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board and attended moot court competitions in New York, Delaware, and Washington, D.C. During his third year, Mr. Witte served as a certified legal intern with the Miami-Dade State Attorneys Office in the county court division.

Upon graduation, Mr. Witte served as an Assistant State Attorney with the Miami-Dade State Attorneys Office. While at the State Attorney’s Office, Mr. Witte prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors and DUIs up to and including serious felony cases. As an ASA, Mr. Witte conducted multiple jury trials and gained invaluable trial experience.
