Ms. Chastidy Cristine Mirabal was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Ms. Mirabal was a member of the NSU Law Moot Court Honor Society, the Civil Field Placement Clinic Externship Program, the Cuban American Bar Association, and the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society. Ms. Mirabal is also a graduate of the Taxation LL.M. program at the University of Miami School of Law and a Merit Scholarship recipient.
Ms. Mirabal’s desire to help others and her background in Psychology in Clinical Behavioral Analysis led her to become an advocate in the areas of First-Party Property Insurance Litigation, Probate, Trusts, Guardianships, and Estate Planning. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Mirabal earned her Paralegal Studies Certification from the University of Miami School of Law and worked as a Senior Appellate and Litigation Paralegal for five years. While at NSU Law, Ms. Mirabal worked as a full-time law clerk in the practice areas of First Party Property Insurance Litigation, Probate and Trust Administration, and Guardianships, while also attending law school full-time. Ms. Mirabal’s passion for the legal profession is what fueled and motivated her to attend law school and become an attorney.
Ms. Mirabal is a keen advocate for her clients, and her approach and relationships with clients is a driving force behind her devout passion for the practice of the law. Ms. Mirabal is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, in the U.S. District Court, for the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Tax Court, and is fluent in English and Spanish.
