Mr. Norris’s primary practice involves all aspects of civil litigation. In the past, Mr. Norris has extensively litigated matters involving labor and employment law, real estate, admiralty and maritime, wrongful death, and negligence.  Mr. Norris’s Labor and Employment litigation experience includes representing private and public employers in all phases of employment litigation, from administrative hearings through trial on matters arising under Federal, State and local employment laws.  Mr. Norris’s regularly handles Federal and State actions involving issues of civil rights violations, sovereign immunity, qualified immunity, 1983 actions, wrongful death claims,  sexual harassment, FLSA compliance, discrimination, retaliation, ADA, Title VII, whistleblower claims, fraud, and a battery of common law torts.  Mr. Norris has had the pleasure of successfully representing universities, banks, and other large institutional clients, as well as small businesses owners.
