Professional Experience

Andria M. Nowak, Esq., graduated from Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School in 2018. After law school, Andria was awarded an Associate Attorney position with Goudie & Kohn, P.A. representing plaintiffs’ in medical malpractice and nursing home negligence lawsuits. Later, she transitioned into an Assistant State Attorney in Hillsborough County 13th Judicial District.

During her years as a prosecutor, she handled thousands of different types of cases including DUIs, traffic offenses, and other misdemeanors. As well as sensitive juvenile cases and serious felonies while at the State Attorney’s Office. She gained an extensive background in litigation and valuable knowledge regarding the legal system.

After her time with the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office, she worked as an Associate Attorney for The Ticket Clinic representing clients regarding traffic, misdemeanor, and felony criminal charges.
