Professional Experience

Andres Hidalgo is an Associate in Lydecker’s Miami office. Mr. Hidalgo’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in personal injury and government liability. Prior to working at Lydecker, Mr. Hidalgo was an associate at a prominent boutique civil litigation firm.

Mr. Hidalgo graduated from the University of Miami School of Law in 2023 through the school’s four-year joint J.D./M.B.A program. While in law school, Mr. Hidalgo was an active member of the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review and of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board, which was ranked as the third-best program Moot Court Team in the nation at the time of his graduation. Mr. Hidalgo also excelled in Miami Law’s renowned Litigation Skills program, where he earned multiple honors distinctions. Outside of the classroom, Mr. Hidalgo gained invaluable experience interning at the Third District Court of Appeal, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.
