Gabriela Diaz, ESQ

Gabriela Diaz is an Associate in Lydecker’s Miami office. Ms. Diaz’s practice includes construction defect litigation, representing clients in disputes involving alleged deficiencies in construction, design, materials, and workmanship. She handles claims involving water intrusion, structural damage, building code violations, and other alleged defects affecting residential and commercial properties.

Prior to joining Lydecker, Gabriela practiced as an attorney, where she focused on construction litigation.

Ms. Diaz graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Marketing and Spanish. Thereafter, Gabriela earned her J.D./MBA from the University of Miami School of Law. During her time at UM Law, Gabriela gained hands-on legal experience serving as a law clerk for an insurance defense firm and as a legal intern for a corporation.
