Elizabeth Joseph

Elizabeth Joseph is a Senior Associate in Lydecker’s Orlando and Miami offices. Ms. Joseph’s practice focuses on bodily injury, products liability, premises liability, and general liability matters.

Ms. Joseph’s experience spans a broad range of civil litigation, including automobile and commercial motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, insurance disputes, and complex tort claims.

Prior to joining Lydecker, Ms. Joseph served as supervising attorney at a plaintiff side personal injury law firm, where she managed a substantial litigation caseload while overseeing the firm’s operations and legal teams. She also has insurance defense experience in complex tort and general liability matters. Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, she brings a unique perspective to case evaluation and litigation strategy.

Ms. Joseph earned her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and her Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida.
