LYDECKER NAMES KENNETH SISCO PARTNER TO LEAD ATLANTA OFFICE Experienced Civil Litigator Brings More Than 30 Years of Experience to the Firm
ATLANTA, GEORGIA, September 1, 2026 – Lydecker, a national litigation law firm, is pleased to announce that Kenneth Sisco has joined the firm as a Partner and will lead its Atlanta, Georgia office, effective September 1, 2026.
Sisco brings more than 30 years of litigation experience defending individuals, businesses, corporations, insurers, self insured entities, third party administrators, and governmental entities in complex civil litigation. His practice encompasses personal injury, general liability, premises liability, negligent security, transportation, commercial trucking, products liability, construction defect, professional liability, and property damage litigation.

Throughout his career, Sisco has represented retailers, restaurants, hotels, apartment communities, trucking and transportation companies, contractors, architects, engineers, storage facilities, homeowners’ associations and boards, accountants, professional service providers, governmental entities, insurers, third party administrators, and self insured corporations.
His litigation experience includes the defense of claims involving wrongful death, traumatic brain injuries, orthopedic injuries, foodborne illness, mold exposure, and other serious bodily injuries. He also has significant experience handling premises liability matters, negligent security claims, automobile and commercial vehicle accidents, FMCSA regulated trucking claims, products liability cases, construction disputes, and other general negligence matters.
Sisco also represents clients in property damage claims involving residential and commercial structures, land, and personal property arising from fires, water intrusion, roof and building envelope failures, stormwater runoff, mold, construction defects, and other property losses. His professional liability experience includes defending contractors, construction companies, architects, engineers, and other professionals against claims involving negligent construction, construction defects, negligent design, and professional negligence.
In addition, Sisco has substantial experience representing insured and self insured businesses operating under a variety of risk management structures. He regularly works with insurance carriers, third party administrators, corporate risk management departments, and clients with significant self insured retentions.

Sisco earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University in 1996 and his Bachelor of Arts in History from Princeton University in 1992. He has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia since 2002.
