Leading the Syracuse office are Partners Leigh Lieberman and Maria Mastriano, two accomplished litigators with extensive experience handling complex civil litigation in state and federal courts.
Leigh Lieberman brings more than 20 years of trial experience, having tried numerous cases to verdict. His practice encompasses general liability defense, construction litigation, New York Labor Law, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and products liability. He also brings significant appellate experience and a strong record of resolving disputes efficiently through mediation and arbitration.
Maria Mastriano has extensive experience managing complex, high-stakes litigation, including multimillion-dollar disputes, construction defect claims, toxic tort litigation, and general liability defense. An accomplished appellate attorney, she is recognized for her strategic approach to litigation, particularly her successful use of pretrial motions to secure early case dismissals.
With the addition of our Syracuse office, Lydecker brings experienced trial attorneys and additional resources to clients throughout New York.
