Valeria A Sosa, ESQ

Valeria Sosa is an Associate Attorney in Lydecker’s Miami office, where her practice focuses primarily on environmental torts and general liability matters. Ms. Sosa represents clients throughout the litigation process, from the initial assessment of a matter through resolution.

During law school, Ms. Sosa served as a judicial intern with the Eleventh Judicial Circuit, where she conducted legal research and gained firsthand experience with judicial proceedings and courtroom practice. She also served on the Executive Board of the Public Interest Law Society as Vice President of Public Relations and on the Executive Board of Phi Alpha Delta. In addition, she was a member of the Intercultural Human Rights Law Review and volunteered with the Immigration Clinic, where she assisted clients with translation services.

Ms. Sosa graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law. Prior to and during law school, she gained experience in the areas of workers’ compensation and immigration law. Thereafter, Ms. Sosa began her legal practice handling first-party property matters, representing clients in a broad range of property-related disputes and developing a strong foundation in civil litigation.
