Professional Experience

Patrick Naranjo is an Associate in Lydecker’s Orlando office, where he focuses his practice on Construction Defect Litigation and related complex civil matters. He represents developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, environmental consultants, and product manufacturers in disputes involving construction and design defects, delay claims, payment and lien issues, and professional liability.

Mr. Naranjo brings a thoughtful and strategic approach to defending clients throughout all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation through mediation, arbitration, and trial. His attention to detail and collaborative mindset help clients navigate complex legal challenges in the construction industry.

Before joining Lydecker, Mr. Naranjo worked at a Florida-based insurance defense firm, representing clients in general liability cases including premises liability, negligent security, and casualty defense. This experience gives him a well-rounded perspective on risk mitigation and litigation strategy.

Mr. Naranjo earned his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law, where he served as a judicial extern at the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals under the Honorable Judge Charles Sulek. He held several leadership positions including President and co-founder of the Latino/a Law Students Association, President of the Graduate Student Association, and Treasurer of the International Law Society. He also contributed to institutional development as a member of the University’s Strategic Planning Committee and SHIP RFP Committee, advocating for inclusive policies and affordable healthcare options for students.
