Horacio Ruiz-Lugo, ESQ

Horacio Ruiz-Lugo is an Associate in Lydecker’s Miami office. Mr. Ruiz-Lugo’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in commercial litigation, premises liability, and personal injury. Mr. Ruiz-Lugo also has experience in complex commercial, intellectual property, and employment litigation matters.

Mr. Ruiz-Lugo graduated from the University of Florida with a Masters in International Business in May 2020. Mr. Ruiz-Lugo then earned his J.D. from Florida International University College of Law in May 2023, graduating with Cum Laude honors. During law school, Mr. Ruiz-Lugo earned a CALI Excellence Award for Legal Writing, Dean’s List honors, and an Intellectual Property Certificate.
