Daniel De La Parra, ESQ

Daniel De La Parra is an Associate in Lydecker’s Miami office. Mr. De La Parra’s practice encompasses all aspects of federal and state civil litigation, with a primary focus on personal injury, negligent security, and premises liability matters. Prior to joining Lydecker, Mr. De La Parra practiced as an attorney at a personal injury law firm in Miami, Florida, where he developed a strong foundation in case analysis, litigation strategy, and client advocacy.

Mr. De La Parra earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2025 and was admitted to The Florida Bar that same year. He began his legal career as a law clerk in 2024 and participated in the St. Thomas University Bankruptcy Clinic, where he gained valuable experience in both Florida and federal civil litigation practice and procedure.
