Daniel B. Wolfberg is a Partner in Lydecker’s Los Angeles office. His practice includes the defense of complex insurance claims involving toxic torts, trucking accidents, premises liability, and catastrophic losses. He has extensive experience handling matters involving substantial damages, policy limits, and excess insurance coverage.
A lifelong resident of Los Angeles County, he has practiced law in Southern California since 1994, representing individuals and businesses in a broad range of disputes.
Mr. Wolfberg has litigated more than 1,000 matters and tried dozens of cases to verdict or decision. He began his jury trial practice at the Compton Courthouse in an automobile collision case and continues to regularly try cases and defend clients throughout California.
