Bernard Nellari, ESQ

Bernard Nellari is an Associate Attorney at Lydecker’s San Diego office, where he focuses his practice on general liability litigation matters.

Mr. Nellari graduated from San Jose State University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and dual minors in Business Administration and Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2024. Mr. Nellari was admitted to the California Bar in March 2025.

Mr. Nellari developed a strong foundation in legal research and client advocacy through his academic and professional experiences, such as assisting startups and local small businesses while working at the USD Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic. Following bar admission, Mr. Nellari began his career as an attorney working for a national full service law firm, where he handled a variety of complex civil litigation cases prior to joining Lydecker.

In his free time, Mr. Nellari enjoys hiking, reading, building custom computers, and is an avid basketball fan.
