Danielle Cerny, CLM

As Chief Operating Officer, Danielle provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the firm’s civil litigation and defense practice. She is responsible for directing all administrative, operational, and human resource functions, ensuring organizational compliance, operational efficiency, and the effective execution of the firm’s long-term business objectives. Working closely with the managing partners, Danielle develops and implements initiatives that strengthen infrastructure, optimize performance, and support the delivery of exceptional client service.

Danielle is a Certified Legal Manager (CLM), a distinguished credential that recognizes comprehensive expertise in legal management, including financial management, human resources, operations, business development, and leadership. This designation reflects her advanced knowledge and commitment to the highest standards of law firm administration.

A Miami native, Danielle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration from Florida International University. She further enhanced her global business perspective through FIU’s study abroad program in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, where she focused on international business and strategic management.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Danielle values time outdoors with her husband, daughter, and Goldendoodle.
