Austin Zifferblatt, ESQ

Austin Zifferblatt is an Associate in Lydecker’s Boca Raton office. Mr. Zifferblatt’s practice focuses primarily on construction and design defect litigation. He also handles general liability and bodily injury defense matters.

Before joining Lydecker, Mr. Zifferblatt practiced civil litigation, representing clients in Florida Personal Injury Protection matters. His experience includes case evaluation, discovery, legal research, motion practice, hearings, and mediations. He also handled complex post-settlement lien and reimbursement matters involving ERISA plans, Medicare and Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, workers’ compensation carriers, health insurers, and medical providers.

Mr. Zifferblatt earned his Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Law from the University of Florida in 2018 and his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2021. During law school, he received the Public Interest Pro Bono Silver Level designation in recognition of completing more than 200 hours of pro bono service. Mr. Zifferblatt is admitted to practice law in Florida.
