Erika Mora is an Associate Lydecker’s Miami office whose practice focuses primarily on Construction Defect litigation. She represents developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and insurers in complex construction disputes, providing strategic guidance through every stage of the litigation process.

Before transitioning her practice to construction defect matters, Erika represented insurers in First Party Property litigation, where she developed a strong foundation in insurance coverage and claims related issues. Her diverse civil litigation experience enables her to effectively analyze complex legal issues and develop practical solutions tailored to her clients’ business objectives.
