Luis E. Sosa-Torres, ESQ

Luis E. Sosa-Torres is an Associate in Lydecker’s Miami office, where he represents employers and insurers in a wide range of employment related matters. Mr. Sosa-Torres assists with the defense of claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and other workplace related issues. He works closely with clients to develop practical strategies that minimize risk, ensure compliance with evolving employment laws, and efficiently resolve disputes through litigation, counseling, and alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Lydecker, Luis spent time as both a law clerk and attorney at large and boutique litigation firms, handling motion practice, discovery, legal research, and case strategy across a wide range of matters, including employment law, personal injury, and commercial litigation.

Luis is a 2024 graduate of St. Thomas University’s Benjamin L. Crump College of Law, and a member of the Florida Bar.
