Linda R. Rojas, ESQ

Linda Rojas is an Associate Attorney in Lydecker’s Miami office. Ms Rojas’ practice involves all aspects of labor and employment litigation in both state and federal courts.

Ms. Rojas earned her J.D., cum laude, from St. Thomas University College of Law in May 2025. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Adalberto Jordan in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. She was also an active member of the Moot Court Board, the Cuban American Student Bar Association, and the Mark J. Wolff Tax Law Society.

Before pursuing her J.D., Ms. Rojas completed her degree in Comparative Law from IE University’s School of Law in Spain, where she graduated with honors.
