Sarir Zandi Silver, ESQ

Sarir Silver is a partner at Lydecker and practices out of the Melville, NY and Jersey City, NJ offices. For more than two decades, she has practiced law in New York and New Jersey concentrating in employment law and representing employers across a wide range of industries such as finance, healthcare, retail, hospitality and manufacturing. Her experience includes defending clients in high-stakes litigation involving discrimination, harassment, wage and hour claims, whistleblower actions and restrictive covenant disputes. She has successfully handled matters in both state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies and has negotiated favorable resolutions in complex cases.

In addition to litigation, she regularly counsels employers on compliance, workplace investigations, employee handbooks, training programs, and strategies to minimize legal risk. Ms. Silver earned her undergraduate degree from Villanova University and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School in 2005.
