Tosha D. Fernandez, ESQ

Tosha Fernandez is Of Counsel at Lydecker’s Jacksonville office. Ms. Fernandez graduated the University of Florida with her Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Languages and Literature with a focus in Japanese. She attended University of Florida Levin College of Law where she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and Appellate Practice. Ms. Fernandez was also a contributing published author for the University of Florida Journal of International Law.

Ms. Fernandez joins Lydecker with a wealth of knowledge and experience, bringing unique perspectives and diligent representation. She defends and litigates bodily injury cases, premises liability, negligent security, and officers and director’s defense. Ms. Fernandez also assists our carriers as monitoring counsel in high exposure, large loss claims.

Prior to joining the Lydecker team, Ms. Fernandez worked for a boutique law firm in Gainesville where she served as Counsel to several small cities and handled cases ranging from personal injury to family law and property and contract disputes. Ms. Fernandez opened her own practice in her hometown, enjoying a successful practice for several years before deciding to join the Lydecker team.
