Terrence Mitchell

Terrence Mitchell is an associate attorney in the firm’s Jersey City office. Mr. Mitchell’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation with a primary focus in the areas of labor and employment law and personal injury protection.

Mr. Mitchell attended Rutgers University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Mr. Mitchell earned his Juris Doctorate in 2018 from Villanova University’s Charles Widger School of Law. During law school, Mr. Mitchell interned at the National Labor Relations Board in Washington, DC where he was responsible for researching topics including unfair labor practices and assisting the regional field offices with compliance related matters. Mr. Mitchell was Vice-President of the Black Law Students Association, received the Best Oral Advocate Award, and served as a Student Ambassador. Since graduating, Mr. Mitchell has been named to the National Black Lawyers Top 40 Under 40 and was selected as a New Jersey Rising Star by Super Lawyers in 2023.
