Professional Experience

Sonia Paola Herrera is an associate at the firm’s Orlando office. Ms. Herrera represents clients throughout the state in a variety of federal and state civil litigation claims with a focus in premise liability, personal injury, and negligence.

Ms. Herrera earned her J.D. from Barry University School of Law, graduating with honors. During this time, Ms. Herrera was a part of the school’s Law Review Journal where she served as the Note and Comment Editor. Further, Ms. Herrera was a part of the Advanced Immigration Clinic where she assisted various clients with their immigration proceedings, including working on applications for Waiver on Grounds of Inadmissibility, applications for Adjustment of Status and Employment Authorization Renewal. Ms. Herrera was also a part of the Moot Court Honors Board, serving as its Vice Chief Justice. She competed in a number of state and national competitions. Her diverse legal background makes Ms. Herrera a skilled writer and a persuasive advocate.
