Robert Graves is Of Counsel at the firm’s New York and New Jersey offices. He has established a reputation as a skilled litigator and advisor in all aspects of labor and employment law. Throughout Robert’s career, he has represented employers in a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employment contracts. He has also provided counsel to employers on compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Robert has experience representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and trial. He takes a client-centered approach, working closely with each individual to develop a customized strategy that meets their unique needs and goals. He also represented clients in the areas of tort liability, commercial litigation, professional liability, and insurance coverage.

Prior to joining the firm, Robert gained valuable experience as a member of the United States Navy Reserves, where he served as an Electronic Technician from 2008 to 2016. Robert received an honorable discharge upon completion of his military service.
