About
Robert joined the firm as an Associate in September of 2017 and is now Of Counsel. Many of his cases are claims brought by injured construction workers brought under New York State Labor Laws. In this context, he defends owners, developers, general contractors and sub contractors against claims advanced by injured construction workers. He also focuses his practice on labor and employment law and represents employers before state and federal courts regarding all aspects of employment litigation. Robert also provides counseling to clients regarding compliance with the New York State Labor Laws and the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
Prior to joining the firm, Robert clerked for the Honorable Travis L. Francis, Assignment Judge of the Superior Court, Middlesex County. In this capacity he drafted opinions and bench memoranda for Law, Criminal, and Chancery Division cases involving various issues, including but not limited to: employment disputes; contractual disputes in commercial litigation; complex insurance claims; New Jersey Corporations Law; New Jersey Civil and Federal Civil Procedure.

Professional and Community Involvement
While attending Seton Hall Law School, Robert was a member of the school’s Juvenile Justice Clinic.
In this capacity he represented juveniles throughout the court process.
Robert also gained valuable experience as a member of the United States Navy Reserves, where he served as an electronic technician from 2008 to 2016. Robert received an honorable discharge upon completion of his military service.
