Professional Experience

Morgan E. Granoff is a native Floridian. She studied Broadcast Journalism and German language at Florida International University, where she graduated with Cum Laude Honors. During college she moved to Rome, Italy, to study European history at John Cabot University. After earning a Bachelor’s degree, Morgan moved for a year to Madrid, Spain, where she completed a Master’s in International Relations at IE Business School, with a minor in Spanish language. During her Master’s studies, she graduated Cum Laude, and wrote her international thesis about the United States and China’s foreign trade relationship under advisement of a Senior Analyst of Elcano Royal Institute, headed by the King of Spain. During her time in Madrid, she completed fieldwork at NATO, the European Parliament, and an American lobbying institution in Brussels, Belgium.

When Morgan returned to Florida, she taught herself the LSAT earning nearly a full academic scholarship to study law at St. Thomas University School of Law. During her time at St. Thomas, she took part in the Criminal Law Society, and was voted into a Vice Presidential position of the Business Law Society, where she arranged for prominent business lawyers to speak at her school. Aside from her studies, Morgan completed over 300 hours of pro-bono work and held five internship positions. She worked at the State Attorney’s Office in the Felonies Division; in the Miami City Attorney’s Office in the General Government Division overseeing planning and zoning decisions for the city; clerked under the Honorable William Thomas of the Miami Dade County Complex Business Litigation Division; worked in Miami Dade Legal Aid’s Domestic Violence Division filing domestic violence injunctions; and worked at Bared & Associates, P.A. focusing on contract interpretation.

Morgan was admitted to the Florida Bar October of 2021. She currently works in defense litigation preparing for property law disputes, personal injury law disputes, and doing wrongful death defense work. She is passionate about animal advocacy, and dreams of one day becoming a Florida judge. For now she enjoys public speaking, reading, writing, and advocating for her clients.
