Maurice Mitchell

Maurice Mitchell is an associate attorney in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Mitchell’s practice is concentrated in civil litigation with a primary focus in the areas of labor and employment law and commercial litigation.

Mr. Mitchell attended Florida State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management and a minor in economics. Mr. Mitchell earned his J.D. in 2022 from University of Miami School of Law where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholarship recipient. While completing his legal studies, Mr. Mitchell served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Elijah Levitt in the 11th Judicial Circuit of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mitchell worked at one of Florida’s premier insurance defense firms as an associate attorney where his practice focused on premises liability, transportation & personal injury.
