Professional Experience

Ms. Ding is an Associate in the Lydecker New York Office. She handles matters in the fields of general liability, motor vehicle and insurance coverage.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ding practiced immigration litigation for three years. She provided legal advices regarding criminal pleadings and complex immigration defense strategies and drafted briefs before the Immigration Courts, Board of Immigration Appeals, U.S. Federal Courts of Appeal as well as various federal agencies. She also represented minors in guardianship petition cases before New York State courts. She holds Master’s Degrees in Criminal Justice with a concertation on domestic violence and victimology, Fire Science with a concertation on Arson Investigation and a certificate of Emergency Management from the University of New Haven.
