Kielan Saborit

Kielan Saborit is a Partner in the firm’s Miami office.  Ms. Saborit’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in personal injury, government liability, and civil rights litigation.  Ms. Saborirt also handles employment litigation matters, including FLSA and FMLA violations, and Title VII violations including discrimination, retaliation, and sexual harassment.

While completing her legal studies, Ms. Saborit was part of St. Thomas University School of Law year long Appellate Litigation Clinic.  Ms. Saborit, as a certified legal intern, prepared an initial and a reply brief for the appellant in a juvenile case, and presented oral argument in the Third District Court of Appeal.  Furthermore, Ms. Saborit interned at Wasson and Associates where she handled over twenty projects such as initial answer and reply briefs, which were filed in all of the five District Courts of Appeal.
