Professional Experience

Ilana J. Moskowitz is an associate at the firm’s Boca Raton office. Ms. Moskowitz focuses her practice on civil and complex commercial litigation, including business torts, deceptive practices, and breach of contract claims. Her practice also concentrates on general civil litigation including defense of traumatic bodily injury cases and professional and legal malpractice claims. Ms. Moskowitz is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the United States District Court of Florida in the Southern District.
Ms. Moskowitz received her Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University where she was a member of the Jewish Law Student Association and the Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She earned her undergraduate degree from Nova Southeastern University where she received her degrees in philosophy and legal studies.
