Professional Experience

Gabriela Rodriguez is an associate attorney at the firm’s Miami Office. Ms. Rodriguez obtained her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University and her Bachelors degree in Journalism at the University of Florida.

While attending law school, Ms. Rodriguez demonstrated an interest in litigation as a member of her school’s moot court team. In her third year of law school Ms. Rodriguez represented her school at the Leroy R. Hassell, Sr. National Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition where she advocated for her client’s constitutional rights under the 5th and 6th amendments. Additionally, in 2019 Ms. Rodriguez served as a Judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Carlos Lopez at the Miami-Dade Children’s Courthouse in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Prior to that, in 2018, she served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Victoria Ferrer in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida.
