Ernesto G. Rivero is an associate in the firm’s Miami office. Mr. Rivero’s practice involves all aspects of federal and state civil trial litigation with a primary focus in personal injury, governmental liability, and labor and employment litigation. He routinely represents private companies in litigation matters throughout the State of Florida.
While completing his legal studies, Mr. Rivero was the Articles Editor of the St. Thomas University Law Review. He also served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Thomas J. Rebull of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Furthermore, Mr. Rivero interned at a reputable entertainment law firm in Miami handling transactional and litigation matters. Upon graduation, Mr. Rivero was awarded the Pro Bono Public Service Medallion.
