Erica L. Karpf is an associate in the firm’s Boca Raton office. Ms. Karpf primarily practices in construction defect litigation, focusing on defending developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, environmental consultants, and product manufacturers. These representations include construction and design defect disputes, payment and delay disputes, and catastrophic construction accidents. Ms. Karpf joined the firm in October 2020.
Ms. Karpf obtained her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law with Cum Laude Honors and with Pro Bono Honors for providing over 300 hours of public service in the Broward community. While in law school, Ms. Karpf had the honor to serve as a judicial intern for the Honorable Senior Judge James I. Cohn of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. During law school, Ms. Karpf received Dean’s List honors, the CALI Book Award in UCC Sales, and was on Law Review.
Prior to law school, Ms. Karpf earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University where she obtained her degree in Criminology and graduated Cum Laude.
